## Qualifications
Our ideal candidate has a high school diploma, estimating experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong computer skills. Candidates should possess the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving skills. Candidates must also have previously used a computer estimating system such as: Audatex, CCC Pathways, Xactimate, MSB, etc. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
