This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
WE do require that the person reside in Monmouth County NJ.
As an Administration Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include answering and returning phone calls, texts, and emails, as well as efficiently scheduling estimates and jobs.
Proficient knowledge of Excel and familiarity with the Monmouth County territory are essential for success in this role.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently are also required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and return phone calls, texts, and emails in a timely and professional manner - Schedule estimates and jobs efficiently, ensuring effective coordination and organization - Utilize Excel to manage and update information accurately and efficiently - Maintain a thorough understanding of the Monmouth County territory - Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction - Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Mapping application, iPhone calendar, and other relevant software - Familiarity with the Monmouth County territory is highly desirable - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Detail-oriented and able to work with a high level of accuracy - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and integrity
