The System Administrator will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities
In-depth knowledge of networking.
Cloud experience such as Azure, AWS.
Multi-tasking is a plus
Assist with recommending, scheduling, and implementing system hardware and/or software upgrades.
Researches, evaluates, and recommends software and hardware products.
Background supporting telephone systems.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Qualifications & Experience
BS in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or another closely related discipline and four years of related experience.
System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields.
Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
Security, storage, data protection and disaster recovery protocols.
Demonstrated capacity to successfully work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Capacity to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment.
Possess a passion for excellent customer service and commitment to exceptional quality.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software.
Experience working with Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems and Windows 10.
Experience with firewalls and networking switches are a plus.
Experience with Office365 is required.
VMware 6.x.
Veeam backup Software.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
