Salary:
$85,000- $100,000 annually (more with experience) Duties and
Responsibilities:
Represent, organize, and execute marketing presentations within various communities Maintain relationships with area physicians, social services departments, hospital discharge planners, governmental agencies, and other professionals Communicate with the same for the purpose of educating and building awareness of the facility's scope of services Coordinate all resident admissions including transportation, and obtain proper admissions paperwork Maintain a daily log of referrals for bed vacancies Obtain residents insurance information when it is possible at the time of referral Identify community partners and develop working relationships with them Obtain the following information from all potential residents:
PRI, complete admission application, bank statements, financial support statements, and proper insurance verification Assist families and residents in understanding policies and procedures of the facility and charges made for services rendered Responsible for following up with residents and families to ensure they are satisfied with our services
