) About Our Role As a Behavioral Health Clinician I for PACT (Program of Assertive Community Treatment), you will serve people in the community as part of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
The PACT team works together to help adults with mental illness learn the tools to become and remain stable, healthy, and successful, while living in the community.
This is done through individual and group treatment modalities.
The Behavioral Health Clinician provides assessments and direct services for people with serious and persistent mental illness and persons with co-occurring substance use issues enrolled in the PACT Program.
This position is 100% community based.

Qualifications:
