The Associate Sales/Events Administrator will work cross functionally with the Associate Corporate Event Planner, Sales Administration Manager, company leadership, and members of our sales and operations teams, to meet department goals. This role reports directly to the the Manager of the Sales Events Team and Sales Administration Team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Promoting and tracking sales incentives and milestones. Tasks include, but are not limited to: coordinating with, and managing promotional vendor relationships, coordinating with Media/Marketing department for all design-based collateral, reporting and procurement for incentives and awards.
Procurement, invoice and inventory management, and distribution of marketing materials, business cards and uniforms/gear.
Assist remote offices with supply ordering.
Assist with in-person Sales Training monthly.
Maintain clear communication with multiple departments.
Work closely with Corporate Project and Event Manager on invitee and attendee tracking, venue/vendor management, event setup and breakdown, and other event related tasks for all virtual and in-person events.
Qualifications & Experience
Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations, email and text messaging.
Ability to establish priorities systematically with focus and organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Forms). Salesforce.com experience is preferred
Articulate with excellent customer service skills.
Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, strong teamwork and attention to detail.
Professional and optimistic attitude.
Reliable transportation for event/experience related needs.
Ability to curate and present proposals and projects.
Eager for feedback/constructive criticism and highly coachable.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
