The ideal candidate for this role will be organized, have attention to detail and relational database abilities.
Primary
Responsibilities:
To provide the ACO team with financial and utilization related data in the form of:
Gap Analysis
Drill Downs
Analytical reviews of the ACO data
Maintain and update:
Risk stratifications
Service lines
Revenue code/CPT or MDC elements monthly or as needed
Test and validate certain tables within the data warehouse to ensure integrity.
Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports within specified timeframes.
B.A. or B.S. degree in MIS or Finance preferred
Advanced knowledge of excel and crystal
Working knowledge of relational databases
Individual must be organized, dependable, able to multi-task and manage priorities, display initiative and the ability to work independently.
Candidate must have the ability to quickly transition as priorities change to meet demands
Strong organization, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required
Knowledge and prior experience with Medicare claims dataEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
