WWRD (Waterford Wedgwood Royal Doulton) is actively recruiting an eCommerce Director - Americas to support the day to day needs of the growing channel of eCommerce.
The eCommerce Director - Americas has P&L and Executive Reporting responsibility for WWRD's direct-to-consumer eCommerce Division in the USA and Canada for 4 core brands: Waterford, Wedgwood, Royal Doulton and Royal Albert. The position has accountability for the look and feel of eight sites (each of the four brands, duplicated between US and Canada) and has the Sales and Marketing responsibility for them as if they were brick and mortar accounts. These eight sites were re-launched earlier this year to better align with and position the brands, so the eCommerce division is poised for continued success!
This position directly oversees three subject matter experts in aspects of eCommerce and has a seat at the table with direct accountability for the success and direction of the Americas eCommerce platforms and goals.
With designers such as Miranda Kerr, Vera Wang, Monique Lhuillier, and Gordon Ramsay, a rich heritage of beautiful product, and the recent acquisition of glass factory Rogaska in Slovenia, we are more prepared than ever to grow our sales channels!
What you will be doing:
Ability to improve Sales and ROI in a non-discount/luxury environment.
Identify, develop and execute online initiatives to support the growth of the company's brands.
Road-map and manage all site improvements, fixes and upgrades.
Negotiate all third-party/agency relationships.
Oversee all eCommerce marketing activities (Email, Paid Search, Retargeting, Affiliate, SEO).
Work with Customer Service and Warehouse to oversee order fulfillment and delivery.
Develop promotional calendars to support product introductions and seasonal/holiday sales.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition, re-engagement and lifetime value.

What you need to be successful:
7 - 10 years applicable experience
Competence with all Microsoft programs. Excel skills should be intermediate to advanced - V lookups, pivot tables, etc. helpful
BA Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred
Knowledge of Magento preferred
Budgeting
Project management
Website design, development (including user-experience)
Highly analytical
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to lead/mentor team members

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
