Assistant Physician Recruiter

Overview
Reports to the Corporate Director of Physician Recruitment with focus on the primary responsibilities of Onboarding of physicians, concierging candidate visits for MH approved searches, database management, advertising and conference management, and supporting the physician recruiters as needed. The incumbent will have the necessary educational related experience and background to provide quality performance. Position requires 30-50% travel with occasional overnight travel
Responsibilities
Manage the on boarding process in cluding system wide hosptial credentialing, HR onboarding, and pre employment site visits.
Assists in the facilitation of the site visit for the physician candidate and spouse/significant other which may include but is not limited to making arrangements for travel, lodging, meals, and welcome gift, developing itineraries for physician and spouse and providing transportation, as needed
Manage all aspects of conference registration, attend conferences as assigned and manage physician recruitment networking events
Maintains the physician job site on Meridians Web page to insure all jobs are current and accurate,. Create and post advertisements opportunities according to search criteria
Manages database of applicants including maintaining the PracticeMatch and Practice Link sourcing tool with candidates.

Is familiar with and able to address the needs of diverse internal and external customers.
Concierge physicians during site visits. This includes meeting the physician at the start of their day and traveling with them to each facility for their interviews and make changes to the itinerary as needed during the day
Support the physician recruiters and corporate director as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, will substitute equivalent experience. Excellent organizational and computer skills including extensive web and search engine experience. All applications of Microsoft Word priority with Excel and Word. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and occasional weekends.
Must have a clean New Jersey License



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
