Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the LPN include:
Responsible for obtaining, tracking and monitoring face to face documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare regulations.
Act as liaison between home care and physician practices.
Reviews clinical documentation from physician offices, hospitals and facilities as it relates to face to face encounter.
Qualifications
Current NJ LPN license required
1 or more years of LPN experience in an acute care setting
Knowledge of home care preferred
Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge/skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
