Customer Service Representative

CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES


Busy Call Center in Wall Township needs multiple Customer Service Representatives for their expanding organization. Qualified candidates must have 1 years of solid customer service experience in a call center or similar customer service environment. Experience in the Healthcare or Health Benefits Industry would be a plus!


Day shift, swing shift and grave yard shifts available!


You will provide outstanding customer service, problem resolution and request processing for clients through inbound calls in a call center environment. Will professionally engage with clients to fulfill their requests in a timely and customer-friendly manner and accurately document all interactions into company?s database.


High school education or equivalent and/or one years experience within a call center or customer service environment.




  • Experience in the healthcare industry especially with a health benefits company a plus


  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills.


  • Strong verbal communication skills including active listening


  • Strong written communication skills


  • Ability to accurately record inquiry information and activity into the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.


  • Effectively navigate systems to lookup existing client information in our databases.


  • Ability to multi-task with strong time-management skills


  • Promote strong, professional and positive communication with all peers, clients


  • Ability to remain focused and productive each day


  • Bi-lingual / Spanish speaking would be a plus


  • Adhere to a high level of security standards in accordance with Company ISO policies and practices.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
