Position Overview: Our client is seeking a HR/Payroll Analyst to join the team with strong Excel skills and experience working with Dayforce.

Responsibilities of the HR / Payroll Analyst:

  • Processing payroll weekly
  • Entering all documentation into the system
  • Heavy reporting through Excel
  • Analyze information and create reports with consolidated data in Excel
  • Documentation management
  • Processing on-boarding information for all new employees
  • Entering tax information into the system
  • Working with the Manager to process employee reviews
  • Assisting Manager with open enrollment and benefits
  • Answering general HR inquiries regarding payroll, benefits or company policies

Qualifications for the HR / Payroll Analyst:

  • Highly proficient in Excel (v look-ups and pivot tables a must)
  • Experienced in Dayforce software
  • Previous experience processing payroll
  • Understanding of HR procedures, benefits and tax regulations

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree (HR related degree preferred)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
